This journal is going to be about random things in RL.  Sometimes  I'll just copy and paste stuff from my Xanga and post them here.  My life isn't super interesting, so don't expect frequent updates.  I'm an English Major so I hope that by writing more, I'll write better.  That was what my Xanga was supposed to be for.  Originally, I made an LJ for commenting and friending purposes only, but most people (me included) don't want to friend an empty journal.

Since this is my first post, I am going to talk about myself, specifically my interests and general information.  I am 16 years old and currently attend a community college.  My dream school to transfer to is UCLA. Currently, my classes are very easy except for Spanish, which I am struggling in.  I live in Southern California, specifically in the city of Garden Grove.  I live about 45 minutes away from LA ( when the traffic is ok).  I have never met ANYONE who likes KAT-TUN/JE around me so I am very interested when someone  who likes JE says that they live somewhere close to me.  It doesn't make sense how I can find plenty of JE fans who live near me online but not in RL.  If I ask you where you live, don't worry I won't stalk you (isn't that what a stalker would say? LOL).  My current interests are KAT-TUN (JIn Akanishi is my favorite),  J-Dramas, Ayumi Hamasaki, Yuna Ito and lurking on forums.  Hana-Kimi is my favorite J-drama.  I can't think of anything else relevant to write, so this is the end of my first post. 

Oh yeah, I should mention that I'm an English major, and suck at/hate grammer.

So I'm reading my Flist and apparently Jin will have his own single?  Am I getting this right, cause that would be awesome haha.  UCLA is kicking my butt.  I don't even have time for fandom anymore.

I am being hopelessly unproductive.  I have lots of homework to do, but I just can't do it.  Rawr.  I need to be more disciplined.

About half a year ago, my neighbor’s cat had three kittens.  They’re absolutely adorable, especially when they lick each other and playfight.  They come over to our yard to play since our yard has a lot of plants and grass and whatnot for them to play with, whereas my neighbor’s yard is, well cement.  But lately my mom’s been noticing that they like to use our yard as a litterbox.  And flies are like everywhere now.  So lately, whenever we see the kittens, we shoo them away.  And it still isn’t working.  Blah.

I went bowling the other day.  I really sucked haha.  I managed to get one strike though!  It was the highlight of my day haha.  I got a lot of gutter balls too D:  Practice makes perfect I guess.

Finally, after 3 weeks of arguing, I got my parents to agree with me about UCLA.  Now all I have to worry about is my Fin Aid Verification form getting in on time.

I went to see a play at school with a friend today.  I was going to go on Saturday night, but I was in a reallllyyyyy bitchy mood.  I was just pissed for no reason.  It sucks being a girl sometimes.  The play was Great Expectations.  I watched it instead of doing a presentation for my British Lit class because I hate public speaking :D  It was pretty good.  At least I think so, it is the first play that I’ve watched, so you guys could take my opinion with a grain of salt.  It was fun.  The boy who played young Pip was soooo cute.  He has floppy hair haha.  Before the play, we went to get Starbucks and windowshopped at Target.  We sat at Starbucks for an hour.  I have no idea what we did there haha. 

 

Sorry I haven’t been posting this week.  I didn’t have a lot of homework or anything.  I was just lazy.  My midterms are next week though.  Cross your fingers for me!  So anyway, here is a meme.  Tagged by  itsumademo_news

Uhhh I used to sleep talk when I was younger, according to my mom anyway.  Not sure that if I still do that now, since I sleep alone now.  
2. if you saw akanishi jin in person, what would your first reaction be?

Wonder why he’s where I am haha.  And then, I’d have a long internal debate about whether or not I should come up and talk to him or ask him for an autograph or something.
3. if your life was a drama, which drama would you want it to be?

Nobuta wo Produce?  Nah too sad. Hmm.  I’d say Sapuri, but I never finished watching that.  Ehh.  I have no idea.
4. what is the weirdest thing you've ever eaten?

Frog legs fried in butter. 
5. what is your dream job?

I wish I knew, but I don’t.  Ideally, I want to have a job that I enjoy doing with decent hours and good pay (like everyone else haha).  I know that it isn’t a perfect world though, so I’ll settle for a job with good pay and decent hours.

First off, I got into UCI.

Have any of you guys listened to BoA's US CD yet?  I like it, but is it just me, or is music getting more techno dancey lately (like Suju's Sorry Sorry, BoA's CD and some songs on Utada's CD). Anyway, I think they're making BoA's music all techno dancey because her English isn't strong enough.  Just my thoughts.

Oh, I had an English Lit. test.  I was the last one to leave, but I don't think I did TOO bad.  It was an essay test, no multiple choice, boo.  I wrote a page front and back to answer a question that this one guy said he only wrote a page on.  Maybe I was taking so long because I couldn't shut up haha.

The bad:  got a 73 percent on my Spanish test.  It wasn’t a hard test; I just made a lot of mistakes.  If that makes any sense haha.

The good:  got into UC Santa Barbara and into their “college honors program”  I actually have no idea what this is, but I’m assuming it’s good.  Actually, I'm gonna go google that now.

It's been a busy week for me.  Maybe  I'll post about that later, but I want to tell you guys about the fight with my dad.  I won't get into the details why we fought, but basically y dad was making insensitive comments to me even though he knows that I'm in a really bad mood.  I started crying, and when he kept commenting, I just lost it and screamed at him.  Suddenly, I stopped crying.  My mind was completely empty, and I felt incredibly relaxed even though he was still yelling at me.  The headache that had been bothering me all day was also gone.  I just felt so relieved after I screamed, which is odd, since my ears usually ring and my head heavy if I do that. 

Ok.  That is all for now.  I was gonna write more, but the phone's ringing.

I'm a couple of days late, but anyway, happy birthday to my oldest LJ friend.  I think we've been friends for more or less a year, right?  We don't get to talk that much anymore. but have a great sweet 16.  Or at least have a better one than mine.  Mine was really uneventful D:

I hope my Shakespeare class makes it.  We need 18 people and we have 17.  A classmate is begging her friend to join.  Cross your fingers for me.

I was going to include this in my last post, but I had to get off the computer.  Anyway, my Shakespeare class almost got cancelled because of low enrollment.  There were only ten people enrolled, but four people showed up too add, so we had a total of fourteen students.  We needed at least 18 students though, so everyone started calling all their friends and asking them if they’d like to take a Shakespeare class.  As you can guess, most people weren’t interested in taking a Shakespeare course, even after my classmates lied shamelessly about the class (I.e. “Reading?  We barely have any.” and “The class is from 7:15 till 9:30.” when the class is really from 7-10).  So then this guy stands in front of the classroom door and asks this random man passing by “Dear sir, would you be interested in taking a Shakespeare class?”  He repeats this several times, which caused the people in our class to a) crack up or b) pretend we don’t know him (our professor is in this category ROFL).  This other guy in my class decided to do the same thing and managed to find someone who would take the class if the professor guarantees to  pass him or if we pay him twenty dollars.  I don’t think he’ll be taking the class, but he was really sympathetic and funny.  If he’d stayed, he would have been our class clown.  Then another classmate  says that she’s going to call her friend Chuckie.  And then my professor says “Do we really want someone named Chuckie?” And then someone says “Chuckie’s an idiot.  The guy can barely write his name.”  The girl that says she’s going to call him responds with, “We just need someone to take up space so the class won’t get cancelled!”  Haha.  It was a funny night.  We got all excited when the people adding the class came.  

So anyway if any of you live near Santa Ana and want to take a class for fun, tell me.  Anyway,  I hope we have enough people D:

Happy Valentine’s Day!  I spent the day watching He’s Just Not that into You with a friend and then going to dinner with my parents.  Romantic I know.

The rest of my classes start tomorrow.  I'm actually excited, staying home is getting boring.

Yesterday was my first day of school.  I tried to add that Spanish class, but I didn't make it in.  I'll try again though.  Someone has to drop sometime during the first two weeks.  I hung out with a friend after the class, and we saw and talked to this guy from high school who I haven't seen in a while.  Since I went to OCC yesterday, I went to Book Off and got a few books.  I walked from OCC.  The walk wasn't too bad, I guess it was good excercise for me XD.  I wasn't sure if I was walking in the correct direction at first, but I'm glad I was.
